Since 2001, Filtrexx International, LLC has pioneered use of its patented compost filter sock for sediment and erosion control applications. It recently introduced the next generation of SiltSoxx™ — now USDA Certified 100% Biobased — with a new distinctive green and black stripe. “The new pattern will clearly distinguish Filtrexx SiltSoxx from imitation products that do not meet spec,” explains Rod Tyler, CEO and founder of Filtrexx International. The company also markets the GardenSoxx® product, a tightly-knitted tubular mesh capable of containing finely composted Filtrexx GrowingMedia while providing optimum temperature, drainage and aeration for plant growth. And its latest introduction to this market is the GroExx Green Tunnel Growing System, a turnkey package that combines structure, heating system and GardenSoxx planters. www.filtrexx.com
